My favorite thing about dentistry:

I remember being young and how much of a positive difference the people I interacted with at the dental office made on how I viewed going to the dentist. As a dental assistant, I take my role seriously, and I aspire to create that same positive environment I once had for our patients. Being one of the newer assistants here at Matthews and Dai, what I like the most is the genuine care and thought that goes into every patient we see. Dentistry might be our profession, but bringing smiles to our patients is always our focus.

One of my favorite quotes is: “Embrace your smile. It’s the only curve that sets everything straight.” During my free time, I love to spend quality time with my family, be outdoors, or try out new things.
